Georgetown Community Hospital Offers New Referral Line

Georgetown Community Hospital now offers a free referral line for those looking for a physician or medical services. The service is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week and operators will transfer callers to the selected office during business hours. Callers will answer a few basic questions and then be matched up with the physician or physicians who best meet their needs. The caller can then choose if they want to call the doctor’s office. Callers also can find out more about services the hospital offers as well as sign up for classes or events the hospital offers.

“The referral line is a great way to meet the needs of the community,” said Barry Papania, Georgetown Community Hospital CEO. “This is an easy way for people to get questions about our hospital answered, with a call to one number.”

The referral line can be accessed by a local phone number, 502-868-1221, as well as toll-free, 1-877-868-1221.
