In Loving Memory of Dr. Horance Hambrick

It is with deep respect and gratitude that we honor the life and legacy of Dr. Horace Hambrick, Pediatrician at Georgetown Community Hospital.

Dr. Hambrick dedicated his life to the health and safety of children and families in our community. His unwavering passion for patient care went far beyond the exam room—he was a trusted advocate, mentor and friend whose impact will be felt for generations. Known for his gentle spirit and steady commitment, he brought comfort and reassurance to countless families during some of their most vulnerable moments.

His service extended far beyond his pediatric practice. Dr. Hambrick generously gave his time and expertise through leadership on multiple hospital committees and faithfully served on the Georgetown Community Hospital Board of Trustees for many years. His insight, integrity and vision helped guide the hospital toward growth while keeping patient safety and community well-being at the center of every decision.

We will remember Dr. Hambrick not only as a skilled physician, but as a man of compassion, humility and dedication. His life’s work reflects the very mission of Georgetown Community Hospital—making communities healthier®. His legacy will continue to inspire all of us who had the privilege to know and work alongside him.
